How do I obtain my transcripts from previous colleges?

Contact all previous colleges you have attended and follow their process for obtaining transcripts. Typically, transcript services are held through a college's Records Office or Office of the Registrar.

If you are seeking transfer credit, you must submit an official transcript (must be an official transcript in an unopened envelope from your previous institution to be considered official) to the Records Office in S building, room 111 or electronically to transcripts@morainevalley.edu. Transcripts are generally evaluated within 72 hours excluding weekends. If you are delivering your transcript to campus, please contact the Records Office to confirm hours available at (708)974-5730.

MVCC can accept an unofficial/open copy of the transcript only for placement or prerequisite exemption purposes.
